Why we do what we do - the fight against AIDS

We hope that you, as a GAGA supporter understand the importance and impact of your donations and support. Here at GAGA, we want to generate growth for children and communities affected by HIV/AIDS and poverty and we do so with your help. To find out more about why that matters, and why our work is so important please follow this link to read a story from Lungile (*not her real name), at Hillcrest AIDS Centre Trust. Her story shows just what a difference the Centre makes, and why that's important. Thanks to you, GAGA have been able to sponsor a bed at the respite unit - and we know it makes a huge difference. Join us in Tiddington - we can't wait to see you there! We are also on the hunt for helpers, stall holders, sponsors and donors, so give us a shout if you want to help!
Drumming up some interest!

Drumming up some interest!

A huge thank you to In 2 Cultures who helped drum up some interest for GAGA UK and our yarn bombing craziness this weekend!! We raised £40 in just one hour!! Thank you to Liz, Devinder, Sam and Dom who drummed away, and to all those in Stratford-upon-Avon who donated or joined in! The weather almost defeated us, but not quite! GAGA UK is incredibly grateful for the support of In 2 Cultures, a local organisation providing enjoyable creative arts workshops, schools projects, team building and much more!! They're a talented team offering not just African drumming, but also Bhangra dancing, multicultural storytelling, amongst many other things. Visit www.in2cultures.com/ to find out more!

Why we do what we do - From Another Perspective

Photographer Johnny Miller has documented the inequality in South Africa, using a drone. For the first time South Africa's inequality can be seen from the skies, in a completely different perspective and it shows once again, why GAGA do what we do. We think all children deserve a future to look forward to and that such stark inequality is an injustice. The inequality across Africa is wrong, and we continue to work to support those affected by poverty and this video shows why...
