This summer, we’re appealing to our supporters to consider making a regular monthly gift to GAGA UK. Regular planned giving through a standing order allows us to plan ahead allowing for a more sustainable future for GAGA UK and the projects we support. Of course, we are always grateful for a one-off donation towards our work if you are unable to commit to a regular donation.

Whatever the amount you donate, you can be completely assured that it will go a long way in making a lasting and positive impact in the rural communities we support in southern Africa.

Why give monthly?

Scheduled giving not only helps us forecast our funding and plan future charitable projects and initiatives — it also helps you budget as well!  Instead of making a one-off donation during the holidays or other occasion, you can feel good giving a regular amount year-round. Monthly giving also allows you to make a bigger charitable impact. Your scheduled regular donations will almost always total more than sporadic donations throughout the year. (Of course, you can still do both!)

Here's what your donation, big or small, could help us to achieve on a monthly basis:

• £5 per month – Five hot lunches at a community centre for members of the marginalised and underprivileged surrounding community.
• £10 per month - A new baby pack for an infant including formula, bottles, nappies, baby moisturizer, and nappy cream.
• £20 per month - A school place for one month for a child in primary school. 
• £45 per month – Regular visits from a community caregiver who will make outreach visits to the home of an elderly or housebound patient in a remote rural community in South Africa.
• £125 per month – Supporting an entire class through their primary school education.
