Saving and improving lives through a future donation

Many of our kindest donors are those we will never be able to thank for their generosity, but they continue to make a difference to other people’s lives, even after they have passed away, because they have remembered our cause in their will.

There are many ways you can make a bequest. For example you can leave what remains of your estate, (or a percentage of what remains) after all other bequests and debts have been paid, or you can specify a particular sum of money, an insurance policy or item. Leaving a gift to GAGA UK could reduce the rate of Inheritance Tax (IHT), meaning a saving for your loved ones as well.  Any cash or physical asset you leave to a qualifying charitable body, either during your lifetime or in your will, would be exempt from Inheritance Tax (IHT).
