    A day out with the teams from Hillcrest Aids Centre Trust. Firstly joining the nursing team on home visits to some of the most frail and vulnerable members of the community. Followed by a meeting with an inspirational group of Gogo's (granny's) and some fun with Grade 5 learning valuable life lessons through the Grassroots Soccer Scheme!

    iSithembiso is a small, independent project deep in rural KwaZulu Natal in South Africa. Run by Russell, it was inspired by a promise he made to his Gogo (Grandma) who brought him up, that he would care for others in his community when he became a man.
